ARE THE GELATIN CAPSULES HALAL AND KOSHER
Yes they are of bovine source and are Halal and Kosher, certificate on request.
WHAT ARE THE VEGAN CAPSULES MADE OF
Our Veggie capsules are made of HPMC.
ARE ANY CAPSULES SUITABLE FOR OILS
Many people use the gelatin and veggie capsules for oils. Please research this further. It is not recommended to store oil in these capsules for long periods.
HOW SHOULD THE CAPSULES BE STORED
Capsules should be stored in a cool, dry, air tight container, out of direct sun.
HOW MUCH POWDER FITS IN A CAPSULE
This depends on the mass to volume ratio of your powder and how compactable the powder is. Each powder is different and cannot be accurately worked out on a general weight. Please visit our capsule reference chart to see the size specifications and ml capacity of each capsule.

2-4 working days to most areas.
As special circumstances cannot be predicted we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but will make every effort to avoid delays.
Larger orders may require an extra day to prepare.
Our courier does not collect or deliver on holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
Orders paid after 11am might only dispatch the following working day.
Outlying, regional and non-central areas may take a day or more longer to reach your destination.
CAN YOU SEND TO PO BOXES
Unfortunately our courier does not send to PO boxes.

Beaufort West, Franschhoek, Grabouw, and further out areas.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER EMAIL OR BY PHONING IN?
Every order must be processed through the website in order to give courier quotes, capture invoicing details, and generate an order number. Courier options are given on the check out page after filling in the ‘area / suburb’ row.
Orders are sent off after payments have reflected in our account. To speed up the process please request your bank to send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Proof of payments must be sent from an official bank email address or number.
After payment is confirmed you will receive an email stating that your order is being processed. This email may be delayed by hours, especially on weekends.
Orders of over R3 000 and international payments must reflect in our account before delivery can take place.
Payment must be received by no later than 11 am in order to ensure dispatch on the same day. Orders do not dispatch on holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
WILL I GET AN INVOICE
Yes after payment has been received you will receive a tax invoice in your mailbox. Please allow an extra day or two for this.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES FOR COLLECTIONS
We are open 8.00 until 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Please only come by appointment or by confirmation of time when your order will be ready.
Banking details are emailed after checking out.
