CAPSULES
ARE THE GELATIN CAPSULES HALAL AND KOSHER
Yes they are of bovine source and are Halal and Kosher, certificate available on request.
WHAT ARE THE VEGAN CAPSULES MADE OF
Our Veggie capsules are made of HPMC which is a plant derived material.
ARE ANY CAPSULES SUITABLE FOR OILS
Many people use the gelatin and veggie capsules for oils. However it is not recommended to store oils in hard gel capsules. Soft gel capsules are meant for liquids and require a machine to seal the capsule. We currently do not sell the soft gel capsule or the machinery.
HOW SHOULD THE CAPSULES BE STORED
Capsules should be stored in a cool, dry, air tight container, out of direct sun.
HOW MUCH POWDER FITS IN A CAPSULE
This depends on the mass to volume ratio of your powder and how compactable the powder is. Each powder is different and cannot be accurately worked out on a general weight. Please visit our capsule reference chart to see the size specifications and ml capacity of each capsule.
SHIPPING
EXPRESS – 1 working day to most areas.
ECONOMY – 2-4 working days to most areas.
Our courier does not collect or deliver on holidays, Saturday or Sunday.
Orders paid after 11am might only dispatch the following working day.
Outlying, regional and non-central areas may take longer to reach your destination.
As special circumstances cannot be predicted we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but will make every effort to avoid delays.

Our courier does not send to PO boxes or to the Post Office or Postnet.
ORDERS
CAN ORDERS BE PLACED BY EMAIL
Orders below R1500 can only be processed through the website in order to give courier options, capture billing details, and generate an order number. Courier options are given on the checkout page after filling in one’s address.
Orders above R1500 can be placed either through the website or by email to info@gelcapsules.co.za
PAYMENTS
Orders are processed after payments have reflected in our account or a pdf pop has been received at info@gelcapsules.co.za.
After payment confirmation you will receive an email stating that your order is being processed if it was placed online. This email may be delayed by hours.
Orders above R10 000 must reflect before delivery can take place. International payments must reflect before order can be processed.
WILL I RECEIVE A TAX INVOICE
Please tick this option while checking out. After payment has been received you will receive a tax invoice in the mailbox which you entered. Please allow an extra working day or two for this document.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING/COLLECTION TIMES
We are open from 8.00 until 5.00 Monday to Friday. And can usually accept calls on a Saturday but not Sunday. Public holidays may vary.
Please visit only by appointment or by confirmation of time when your order will be ready.
BANKING DETAILS
Banking details are emailed after checking out.

Please use your order number as payment reference when an order is placed online. And document number when placed over email.
